Safar, or "travel" in Arabic, is a Lebanese restaurant by Chef Zeina Haroun located in the Netherlands that celebrates the generosity and spontaneity of Beirut dining.
The development of the brand included naming, as well as a visual identity both elegant in its simplicity and vibrant in its details. The electric green supporting color used across branded items, as well as in phyisical led lighting, served as a nostalgic and playful reference to the signage systems of the same nature prevalent throughout Lebanon. The launch included a pop-up event that brought a taste of home to the Netherlands.
